I Love You Mummy & Daddy!

hmm... just wondering how many of u guys and gals say "I love you mum dad." ?
it's such interesting that since we are already in adulthood, we don't say those 3 letter words to mummy and daddy anymore like we used to when we were kids. maybe just happens in the asian culture.
even simple loving gestures like holding mum's hand, hugging her, or even kiss on the cheeks? never do that anymore?
i was utterly in disbelief that my friend told me that he don't even say out loud happy birthday to his mum, just give her a text msg. -.-''
ok lah...saying I love you is abit too much maybe... haha... even i won't say that also... for me, i'm a more action and gesture than words type of person. won't say those 3 letter words... still can remember my ex-bf keep forcing me to say those words when i don't even feel like to. gets frustrating also when u are forced to say those words also. felt like it's pretty meaningless by just saying out loud...
but then, i have always loved my mum and dad...i would give them birthday kiss, give mum hugs and kisses whenever i leave home, hold mum's hand a lot to show how much i missed her. ok, gesture towards dad was practically zero. i also dunno why, it has been reduced to zero since i was in puberty le... haha... maybe is 男女授受不亲?
all i wanna say is that our parents are getting older and older and one day will leave us. If only we could do something to show our concern, show how much we love them... i think they would have love that too! so start showing your love towards ur parents from now on! hehe

went back home over the long raya weekend... hehe...
being at home and with family is blissful...like being in a paradise, all ur worries just thrown away... haha...just eat, sleep, watch tv, play for fun... ok mostly spend time eating... haha.. almost every half an hour pop something into my mouth :p
plus, i know how to make mooncake... not that difficult... just need loads of preparation and patience...
but the most important thing is to make my mummy and daddy happy la... they cook and buy the food, u finish everything off, they very happy...
the smiles that they give, priceless...

then coming back to sg always feel down...sighz... next month go back home again... hahaz

ytd msn chat with a gal...a hot sexy babe... and we long time didn't talk to each other... mayb like 3 years didn't contact? ever since i quit my maplestory game... haha... we know thru maplestory, and added each other's msn... still remb me and her meet through the virtual game and plus her then bf together do quest, train together... hahaz... plus, she's from Israel lo.... dunno how she can play SEA server also... how cool is that? hmm... maybe go test other maplestory friends also whether they still remember me? lolz... i can't even remember them, but only this Israel friend, coz she more unique la... and talking to her need sometime to understand also... lol

last Sunday was my first trip to tree top walk near MacRitchie Reservoir. went with gals. together got 4 of us. Abit scary at first when we walked inside the park thru venus drive. On the way saw a group of monkeys. Scared that they would attack us (all thanks to the monkeys at my home loh, i know how they can behave when they come in groups)... No wonder the sign says it's dangerous to walk that path lah...

anyway, while walking towards tree top walk, saw 2 hunks jogging... nice body they have... and all sweaty... :p managed to capture their pic from behind... ahhh.. what a sight!

lunch we had in Liang Court (Clarke Quay), ate at 2 diff places... erm.. main course Jap food, dessert Italian food... haha... anyway, found out the place selling cheap Escargot (snails) at this Italian rest. Only 5++... first time i ever tasted snails and not bad!

remb the wear-skirt-for-the-whole-week challenge? I took it up and today was the final day. hehe... the prize was only apple carrot juice with milk.... cheap right? but the victory was sweet and priceless... haha... because nvr ever underestimate me! haha...

anyway, on the course of wearing skirt for the whole week, ppl been questioning why i wear so nice.. "go out on date ahhh?" "what's the special occasion?" lolz... some ppl also commented that i look nice, look very 淑女... and some more unknown person smiled at me for no reason -.-'' maybe they think i "fatt hao" lately also... haha
and finally i can wear back my jeans! so relieved!

RIP Patrick Swayze

This morning was on the bus, saw the news of him. Initially didn't take too much notice of his news, but when the news headline showed that he died of pancreatic cancer, I respect him totally. He has been fighting the disease and struggling for the past 20 months and still involved in filming drama series "The Beast" when he was sick. No kidding for a cancer patient who undergoes treatment and still have the energy for acting. I guess he must have loved acting.
For those of you who don't know he is, he's the one who acted in "Dirty Dancing" and "Ghost". Go youtube and watch his dancing moves in "Dirty Dancing" and his infamous pottery making session with Demi Moore in "Ghost".

p/s: think the Beast series is currently showing in AXN channels... mayb i should start watching this show... :p

Lady-like Mink?

hehe... today dunno what mood i was into that this morning when i wake up i felt like wearing a skirt? haha.... it's very rare for me wearing a skirt lor... once in a blue moon...
and then my friends always give a shocking look that i wore skirt to school.. =.=''
what? i'm a girl lor... not that i can't wear skirt what.. hahaz....
but wearing skirt make me look quite feminine i guess, got the teacher type look... ppl always commented that...haha... happy coz seldom get praises that i'm lady like lor...
then got ppl challenged me to wear skirt in school for the whole week leh....
still thinking of whether to accept the challenge... quite challenging for me also... coz i have to act lady like for the whole week? so uncomfortable... and some more must sit properly... and some more lab very cold sometimes ler.... still thinking...haha....

Too Blunt Too Sharp

Today i just realized that what I say does affect other ppl. Sometimes, I say words that are too blunt and straightforward that it will hurt other parties. I'm sorry if you've heard what I've said and still taking it at heart. I didn't mean it. I apologize for what I've said. That's why I rather be a listener than talking. Blame it on my Sagittarius traits, I guess... Nah... Think I shall watch out my mouth sometimes...Sometimes silence is virtue. Reflect reflect...

I passed my qe yesterday! i didn't do my best during the presentation though. but luckily i passed... phew!
really wanna thank a lot of ppl for their advice, encouragement and wishes :) dun worry, will treat u guys a lunch/dinner/loong har salad :)
but bad news is that i have another few more years to suffer :(
anyway, after presentation, i finally had a better sleep.... haha.. slept 5 hours straight in the afternoon.
and as for today, bought something for myself...as a motivation, as a prize for myself... maybe weekends gonna buy even more...i'm still looking for a nice green t-shirt and a watch? sigh... i've spoilt 3 swatch watches... sad... everytime i wear, the watch refuse to tick, and it's not because of low battery... dunno why, just that maybe my body have too many static charges that might spoil the watch mechanism? dunno... really liked swatch but seemed like no fate to wear them... sigh...
anyway, the thing that i bought is a new monkey... keke.. name is Rafat, and he look very compatible with Charlotte (my another female monkey)... tmr going to show off my Rafat...that is if ppl got notice him or not la... haha
weekends will busy myself with lotsa activities... it's been quite awhile i haven't meet up with friends for chit chat... and this sunday got SSO performance at botanical garden at 6pm... playing mendelssohn's and romantic period work... should be a very romantic evening... and somemore it's free admission! don't miss out! i've always missed out free SSO performance...this time not gonna miss it... hehe...
